Business meeting and program- What's Going On with Health Care Reform- Time for an Annual Check up. Presenter Steven Smith from Hinkle Law Firm, Wichita, KS. Steven specalizes in helping employers comply with the ACA and other laws affecting employer provided benefits. The objective of this presentation is to update empoloyers on the IRS's enforcement of the ACA penalties, talk about wellness programs and the IRS, changes to the exchange, and how the ACA has changed since being enacted.
