Who Moved My Cheese?

Each day brings change of one type or another. You certainly are not alone when it comes to experiencing change. Change happens to everyone. The good news is: Change can lead to something better. This program offers a helpful and even motivational perspective on change.

In this session you will:

• Gain a motivational perspective to help change the way you look at change
• Define your attitude about change
• Identify what can inspire you to deal with change

The Leadership Pickles

For more than 30 years, Bob Farrell excelled in an industry with an 80 percent failure rate. Bob's customer service mantra "give 'em a Pickle!" was born from a letter he recieved from a customer who was upset because a waitress wouldn't give him an extra pickle-unless she charged him. Lose a customer over a pickle? Giving away pickles-special or extra things that make the customer happy- is a way for any company to exceed customer expectations and differentiate itself.

After attending this session, you'll be able to:

• Identify the three Leadership Pickles
• Explain why spreading enthusiasm, inspiring confidence and demonstrating integrity are important leadership skills
• Self-assess your proficiency in each of the three key Leadership Pickles skills
